Participation in an LWF program does not guarantee that:

● Evidence will be admitted

● A filing will be accepted

● A judge will grant a requested order

● Mediation will result in an agreement

● An attorney will accept your case

● A particular legal strategy will be successful

● Your case will be resolved within a particular period of time
