Help Women Feel More Prepared for What Comes Next.

The Legally Women Foundation is building the preparation layer that many women are missing while navigating Texas family court. Whether you contribute your professional experience, volunteer your time, connect us with community resources, or help us reach more women, your involvement can help make the court process less overwhelming and more understandable while building a new system with us!

Women may have access to prep forms, online information, or eventually an attorney, but still struggle with questions like:

  • Where do I start?

  • What information should I gather?

  • What should I bring to an attorney consultation?

  • How should I organize my documents?

  • What happens next in the court process?

LWF exists to help women prepare before those important moments.

Every organized resource, professional referral, educational tool, intake review, community connection, and volunteer hour helps strengthen that preparation layer.
